Audi Q6L e-tron embraces the Huawei ecosystem

The stretched Audi Q6L e-tron SUV debuted in China a year ago, but the actual sales haven’t started until this week. Let’s take a look at a rather unusual feature the car comes with.

For the first time on record, an Audi car features an infotainment system running a Huawei OS with its integrated services. The German company had said before that it would do its best to match the preferences of the local customer base, but we didn’t know what that meant until now.

Huawei software solutions may be banned in the USA, but they are now standard for all Audi cars sold in China.
