Geely’s Galaxy A7 hybrid saloon lineup is about to welcome a new member running on electricity alone. Its main specifications have been recently uploaded to the Ministry of Industry and IT of China.
According to the spec sheet, the Galaxy A7 EV will be available with a single electric motor driving an unspecified axle with 218 PS (215 hp / 160 kW). A lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery pack will supply the power. Everything else is TBA.
On the outside, you can tell the electric A7 from its hybrid counterpart by a distinct front bumper, narrow-slit side air vents, and slightly redesigned taillights. There’s also a charging port on the front right fender. Size-wise, the EV isn’t much different from the hybrid at 4,935 mm long, 1,905 mm wide and 1,500 mm tall with 2,845 mm between the axles.
The all-electric Geely Galaxy A7 is expected to go on sale in the first half of 2026. At around the same time, the company promises to add a Long Range variant to its hybrid lineup.
