Based on these spy photos posted on Carscoops, the next Santa Fe lineup is coming to us with considerable exterior and trim updates, as well as a new serial-hybrid powertrain.
The pre-production vehicle features multi-part headlights with upright DRLs and what looks like a new radiator grille. It also wears a new rear bumper with taillights, but the camo is a bit too thick to discern any smaller details.
The main upgrade in the cabin comes in the form of Pleos Connect, a next-generation infotainment system running the Android operating system. Hyundai announced it around a year ago, so it’s safe to expect it to be included. Other than that, no interior shots have been snapped so far.
It is generally believed that the 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe will ship with the same powertrain choices as its predecessor, plus a range-extender hybrid system based on a 2.5-liter four-cylinder gas engine. We should be able to learn more in the second half of 2026, because that’s when the premiere is expected to take place.
