Range Rover facelift shows up outside

The current Range Rover generation is nearly five years old, so it’s about time it got facelifted. Based on these spy shots posted on Carscoops, it will be a minimal refresh.

Despite the thick camo, you can still discern new headlights, bumper and radiator grille. The rear end sports what looks like a mildly updated bumper next to stock taillights, but it’s possible that this isn’t the final version of the car.

Any interior updates remain to be revealed. At the very least, we are looking forward to the latest infotainment system. It’s also unclear whether any changes will be made to the powertrains. The current SUV is available with a six-cylinder diesel rated at 400 PS (394 hp / 294 kW), a petrol V8 capable of 530 PS (523 hp / 390 kW), and a plug-in hybrid system outputting 615 PS (607 hp / 452 kW).

The general expectation is that Land Rover will simultaneously reveal the all-electric variant of the Range Rover that it announced a few years ago. Rumors claim it will feature 550 PS (542 hp / 405 kW), torque vectoring, and a number of new and improved off-road driving presets.
