Mercedes-AMG launches an optional GT 4-Door Coupe body kit

The Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe counts among the strongest sedans currently on the market, even rivaling some full-fledged supercars in terms of performance. As such, it didn’t take long for Mercedes-AMG to recognize the need for the owners of these cars to stand out in the crowd.

The photos here depict a fully-loaded Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S, but the new aero kit is also compatible with all other models, including the entry-level 43, the mid-range 53 and the non-S 63.

The package includes a fixed rear wing, a rear diffusor, a rear bumper with special aero flaps, and a more aggressively styled front fascia including a larger splitter and air intake deflectors.

The entire kit costs €3,391 in Europe. The company warns that it cannot be installed simultaneously with the Chrome or AMG Carbon packages or a tow hitch.

There is still no data on whether the kit will go on sale in the USA.
