Ever heard a Dodge Viper V10 expanded to nine liters?

Prefix, a tuner shop based in Michigan, USA, has unveiled the Extreme Engine Stroker Kit for the fifth-gen Dodge Viper. Hit “Play” and listen to it in action!

The upgrade contains new piston rings, pistons, forged tie-rods and camshaft. It also introduces new ECU firmware and longer piston travel distance. All of the above serves to expand the displacement volume from 8.4 to full 9.0 liters.

The performance benefits greatly from the new power kit. The stock Viper churns out 649 hp (484 kW) and up to 813 Nm (600 lb-ft) of torque. Once upgraded, it gains 835 hp (623 lb-ft) and 1,016 Nm (750 lb-ft) of torque.
