As Buick continues readying its Enclave SUV for a planned mid-generational refresh, a prototype has been spotted testing in Michigan with numerous modifications.
The whole car was draped in camo wrap, but still looked markedly different from the old version. The front end is visible sportier in the spy photos, the hood is longer and the DRLs noticeably slimmer. On the whole, the face now looks more in line with Buick’s other recent releases.
A look at the rear ends reveals updated taillight fragments and new exhaust tips. The roof spoiler has also been reworked.
The biggest changes seem to have taken place in the cabin, though. Note especially the enormous curved LED panel on the dash composed of two screens.
It remains unclear whether the powertrain selection will be revised or not. In its current form (see video), the Enclave uses a 3.6-liter V6 rated at 310 American horsepower (314 PS / 231 kW).
