A Study in Turquoise: Mansory presents its own vision of the Ferrari F8 Spider

As years went by, even the conservative Ferrari gave up and began offering in-house customization opportunities for its supercars. That said, tuners have always been, and remain, ahead of OEMs in this regard. Can you possibly imagine this F8XX Tempesta Turchese being a factory customization? Didn’t think so!

The topless Italian ride has traded its signature red-and-black color scheme for a completely different-feeling while-and-turquoise gradient. In addition to the extravagant recolor, it wound up with a forged-carbon body kit including a two-piece rear wing, a rear diffuser and a new front end including a bumper and multiple splitter blades.

Rather than calling it a day, the tuner then rebuilt the 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 to output 880 PS (868 hp / 647 kW) and 960 Nm (708 lb-ft) of torque. This is 170 PS (168 hp / 125 kW) and 190 Nm (140 lb-ft) of torque more than stock.

As a result, the F8XX Tempesta Turchese snaps off the start line and hits 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.6 seconds instead of 2.9 and maxed out at a lofty 354 km/h (220 mph).
