Haval has revealed that the new plug-in hybrid version of its H6 SUV will start from 159,800 Yuan in China.
The drivetrain utilizes a 1.5-liter turbo-four engine in tandem with an electric motor and a dual-range DHT box. It delivers 326 PS (322 hp / 240 kW) and 530 Nm (391 lb-ft) of torque to the front wheels, sprinting from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 7.8 seconds. All-wheel drive is not available.
In its most wallet-friendly version, the new H6 gets a small 9.6-kWh battery and up to 55 km (34 miles) of range according to a local measurement standard. Paying 169,800 Yuan or more for the top spec nets you a 19.94-kWh battery back and twice the range mentioned above.
The standard features listed include LED lighting all around, two displays inside sized 12.3 and 10.25 inches large, and an infotainment system with optimized voice recognition, as well as OTA updates. On the outside, you will recognize the H6 PHEV by its new radiator grille logo.
