Rare Lancia Delta Integrale Evoluzione crops up on sale

A 31-year-old, well-kept Lancia Delta Integrale Evoluzione is up for grabs online in the USA right now. Aside from coming with a certificate confirming its authenticity, it is number 272 in a batch of only 310 such vehicles in the Martini 6 Evoluzione series (see video).

The special edition came out in 1992 as a homage to Lancia’s rally team sponsor, Martini Racing, as well as a nod to the 6th WEC Constructors’ Cup. It boasted its own livery, a redesigned body kit, exclusive interior trim and a serial number plaque.

The Evoluzione hatchback came with slightly increased wheel span, a subtly retouched exterior and a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine boosted to slightly more than 200 horsepower (150 kilowatts). A five-speed manual transmission conveyed the power to both axles. 15-inch rally wheels were included in the trim along with Recaro seats, an air conditioner, a Clarion cassette player and power windows at the front row.

The car is being sold with 49,000 km (~30,500 miles) on the odometer. Its current owner bought it at an auction in August this year for U.S. $117,600.
