Zacoe redefines modern BMW M2 with a styling upgrade

Car Show
Mazda has posted the first image of a brand-new MX-5 called Spirit Racing. Designed by an in-house department by the same name, the sleek roadster will hit the spotlight at the Tokyo Auto Salon on January 10, 2025.
We don’t know anything about the car yet, and the only image available thus far shows a rather normal-looking MX-5 with only minor design tweaks. There is a modest-sized front splitter, side sill extensions, and a trunk spoiler. The wheels are non-stock, the brake calipers are red and there are decals all around.
We suppose that the new MX-5 should offer more than just eye candy. A little while ago, spy photographers reported seeing a car with the same body kit and ornaments at the Nürburgring, so it looks like serious power and suspension upgrades are coming, too.
