The Mercedes-AMG E63 S is one of the fastest premium estate/wagon cars on the market. Even in its bone-stock version, it comes equipped with an engine churning out an impressive 612 horsepower (456 kilowatts) and up to 850 Newton-meters (627 pound-feet) of torque. It also makes the standard 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) sprint in 3.5 seconds. You would think this would be enough for everyone; you would be mistaken.
Tuner Renntech has decided to experiment and see just what it could squeeze out of the car with a bit of tuning. A couple of enhanced turbine chargers, an advanced air intake system, an Akrapovic exhaust system and an ECU remap resulted in the Mercedes-AMG E63 S jumping to an amazing 825 hp (615 kW) with over 1,000 Nm (738 lbft) of torque. The car now also concludes the standard sprint in under three seconds.
To highlight the modifications, the team gave the car a set of 21-inch AG Luxury Wheels painted bronze and lowered its ride height.
