Mercedes-Benz “Baby” G-Class details leak online

An unconfirmed source sheds light on the SUV that Mercedes mentions in its latest product strategy as a compact-sized counterpart to the G-Class.

Allegedly, the model lineup will be called “g-class”, with all small letters. It will be based on the MMA platform also used in the next-gen CLA sedan.

The insider claims that the g-class will look like its senior cousin (see video) while having light passenger car innards. What remains unknown is when it may debut.
