Chinese car marque Neta has obtained the necessary certificates for its new all-electric coupe, the Neta GT. According to CarNewsChina, the same car had been previously known as Neta E, but was later given a “sportier-sounding” name.
Judging by the photos, nothing aside from the name is new. It is still a sports car with frameless doors and black accents on the pillars, the roof and the air intakes. The company has as many as four wheel designs at the ready for the buyers to choose from.
The interior remains to be revealed. We already know there are four seats inside, with a rear row that’s not particularly roomy. A digital dashboard and a 17.6-inch infotainment display are expected as well.
The most basic spec will utilize an electric motor rated at 231 PS (228 hp / 170 kW) driving the rear wheels. The maximum driving range is manufacturer-estimated at 580 km, or 360 miles.
