BMW M4 gets an autoclave carbon front end

The appearance of the G82 BMW M4 is about as controversial as it gets. Many enthusiasts believe it needs a complete redesign to look less edgy and more coherent. U.S.-based tuning firm Vorsteiner has a different opinion: it argues that you merely need to swap metal for carbon fiber.

High-quality autoclave CFP is extremely light and durable, not to mention eye-catching. A bumper like that will set you back $4,895, a front spoiler and a grille will add up to $3,790, and a low-drag hood will lighten your bank account by a further $5,495.

The car in the gallery below also has its fenders flared and its side mirror caps replaced with carbon ones, but Vorsteiner doesn’t seem to have these products listed on the official website yet. Those who don’t want the “naked carbon” look for whatever reason can order the parts painted to match the body of the car. Either way, the parts should be ready to ship in 6–8 weeks from placing the order, the company says.
