Check out the ultra-fat Nissan GT-R rocking a JDM kit

Dino Dalle Carbonare of The Speehunters Magazine has tracked down a very peculiar Nissan GT-R (R35) on the streets of Japan that could easily outshine many show cars and garage queens. Care for a closer look?

The centerpiece of the tuning comes in the guise of a Liberty Walk widebody kit augmented with LB Silhouette Works-style fender flares missing their usual exposed hardware. The kit comes in a variety of versions priced between U.S. $34 and $54 thousand before installation and painting.

A peek inside the arches reveals 20-inch LB Works LD97 wheels that sink deeply in their wells thanks to an AirRex air suspension kit. Rounding things off is an FI Exhaust system with gilded tips that would have looked kitschy and out-of-place if not for the similarly themed black-and-gold wrap.

The Godzilla keeps its original engine under the hood intact, but boasts an autograph of Liberty Walk owner Kato Wataru inside the cabin.
