Porsche 959 exterior photo leaks online

Marc Philipp Gemballa GmbH has confirmed the impending launch of a Porsche 959 rally car model limited to only 40 production units. A pic showing the racer from above has leaked simultaneously with the announcement.

RUF Automobile GmbH will supply Porsche with an off-road-capable powertrain for the rally racer. A modification of the 3.75-liter 911 Turbo S engine will be used for the build, boosted to 750 PS (740 hp / 552 kW) and 930 Nm (686 lb-ft) of torque.

10 out 40 cars have already been sold out via pre-orders.
