Gran Turismo 7 update adds Suzuki Jimny, two supercars

The Gran Turismo 7 video game has just gotten its latest update. Among other things, it brought along two unique supercar concepts and the Suzuki Jimny – an unlikely road racer, but a welcome addition for most fans.

The developers started a whole tournament for the petite Japanese off-roader. Called Jimny Cup, it invites players to race on the Willow Springs International Raceway and Lake Louise tracks.

The two supercars are called Genesis X Gran Berlinetta and Bulgari Aluminium Vision Gran Turismo. The former has been developed by Hyundai’s premium vehicle division, while the latter was a fantasy of luxury goods manufacturer Bulgari. Both were previewed nearly simultaneously at the end of the last year.

Some new features have made it into the update, too. There are new trophies to win on a speedway in Tokyo and a Formula 1 racetrack in Monza, among other things.
