This special BMW M5 recently spotted by someone with a camera could very well be the next CS, a sported-up version of the four-door coupe with lightweight rims and front seats, tweaked electronics, and new exhaust system with an active valve.
Compared to the current M5, the 2021 facelift version boasts a new radiator grille, bumpers and headlights. The CS additionally gets a front splitter and a larger rear spoiler. Its main improvement will come in the form of a better engine, although no specifics are available just yet. The currently available M5 Competition produces up to 625 hp (466 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque.
It would also be safe to assume that the upcoming BMW M5 CS will get stiffer suspension than the current version, a squared-off steering wheel, and carbon-ceramic brakes in all trim levels.
