On September 3, Renault-owned car marque Dacia will introduce a ‘versatile seven-seat family car’ – and this is what it is called.
The Dacia Jogger comes based on the CMF-B platform designed by Renault-Nissan and offers a choice from a number of gasoline engines rated between 100 and 160 horsepower, as well as a few hybrid powertrain (a first for Dacia).
Design-wise, the Jogger will take much after the Logan and the Sandero, especially in the departments of its front fascia and interior. The taillights, on the other hand, look rather inspired by Volvo. The roof will house special rails that customers will be able to re-orientate in a longitudinal or transverse fashion as needed.
The Jogger will not be limited to seven seats, though; a five-seat version with a spacious trunk will also come out.
