German tuner presents its own, dramatic vision of the Dodge Charger

A lesser-known tune-up shop from Germany, called S. Bader Karosserie und Lack, has presented a rather radical-looking body kit for the Dodge Charger Hellcat, along with a beefy engine upgrade.

The owner of the car must have found the OEM Widebody kit too tame for their tastes, because the one shown here surpasses it on most levels. Made by Lion’s Kit, it extends the front wheel arches by 60 mm (2.4 inches) on every side and the rear ones by 100 mm (almost 4 inches), resulting in a muscle car that’s wider than the Lambo Aventador itself.

In order to fit the flares with the rest of the body, the tuner used a ducktail trunk spoiler and a Redeye-style hood cover. Stock wheels made room for 21-inch, three-piece, forged Schmidt rims mounted on 25mm (1-inch) spacers to ensure they filled out the entire wells. KW Variant 4 springs and Eibach performance parts were used to lend the coupe a sportier stance.

Last but by no means least, the stock 6.2-liter supercharged V8 gained a few mods of its own. These included a cold air intake system, a 105mm (4.1-inch) custom throttle body, a GME Performance exhaust system and a track-friendly crankshaft bearing. It remained unannounced just how much performance was gained from these modifications.
