Environmental standards in Europe are forcing Honda to discontinue its Civic Type R soon, but the ICE hot hatchback will be getting one final edition before it leaves for good.
Called the Ultimate Edition, it comes finished in white with red decals, a black roof and a carbon rear wing. Plenty more carbon fiber can be found in the cabin alongside a commemorative dash plaque.
Only 40 units will be made. Honda says it will continue offering the Type R in other markets with less strict emission laws, while the European lineup will be fully hybridized.
