Rezvani’s take on the Lambo Urus is an armored champion

Popular car customizer Rezvani has unveiled its latest vehicle, the Knight. It’s a Lamborghini Urus in disguise, but one that offers ballistic protection and more visual aggression than the stock SUV ever had.

Actually, if you ask us, the exterior is surprisingly restrained. Sure, it’s bold and edgy, but much less so than the company’s Tank and Vengeance models. It also has a reason to look like that: bulletproof body panels, ballistic glass and a new undertray rated to withstand a grenade explosion. The 33-inch off-road tires are also designed to let you drive on for a few dozen kilometers after they are deflated.

Customers are invited to personalize the interior using five available Nappa leather patterns and other premium materials. Those looking for maximum exclusivity can opt for a package called Dark Knight, which adds a smokescreen, reinforced suspension and an infrared camera system designed to enable driving in near-zero visibility conditions. Flashing beacons, sirens, flak jackets with helmets and gas masks – these are all listed under options.

Things remain largely untouched under the hood, where a 4.0-liter V8 delivers “up to 800 PS” (789 hp / 588 kW), Rezvani claims. It proceeds to claim that the heavy SUV only needs 3.0 seconds to go from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) – that’s a bit odd, considering that the stock Urus manages the same in 3.4 seconds.

Only 100 examples will be made. Prices start from U.S. $149,000 for the materials and work alone – you supply your own Urus.
