The Acura MDX PMC Edition is a hand-assembled SUV series for North America

The Acura car factory in Marysville, Ohio, USA, has been producing handcrafted NSX sports cars since 2016 and TLX PMC Edition sedans since 2017. A new crossover called the MDX PMC Edition will join the lineup soon.

The SUV will be exhibited at the 2019 Los-Angeles Auto Show and will become the flagship of the entire lineup. It will wear the Valencia Red Pearl paintjob of the NSX, 20-inch wheels, and glossy-black body kit elements.

The inside space boasts a dual-tone finish with red stitching on the seats and the steering wheel, and houses a metallic plaque with the serial number of the chassis. Standard equipment includes ventilation and heating for the front seats, satellite navigation, and much more.

Acura will be assembling 330 MDX PMC Edition: 300 for the USA and 30 for Canada. Sales will begin next year with prices starting close to 65,000 USD (compare to the 46,400 USD for the entry-level MDX).
