G&B Design helps Audi RS 6 Avant develop a well-toned behind

German tuning shop G&B Design has produced a particularly striking widebody kit for the wagon-shaped Audi RS 6, claiming that the car is now every bit as wide as the law in Germany will allow on the road.

The kit, which you can find under the name 6XTM, includes wheel arch extensions that add a whopping 16 centimeters (6.25 inches) to the car’s width at both ends. The rear pair comes with intricately designed air vents, although it is unclear from the photos alone whether they are practical or just there for show.

Elsewhere, the unique Avant rocks a pronounced front splitter made of carbon fiber and a sleek aerodynamic hood. New side sills lend it a lower stance, and 21x12-inch forged wheels fill out the arches instead of the stock rollers. The client who ordered the custom car went for deep chromed rims and bronze spokes, a rather refreshing combination.

Rounding off the project are a new rear bumper, rear spoiler and diffuser, the latter bearing the Four Rings logo instead of the tailgate. Prices haven’t been mentioned.
