Manhart’s project cars are typically easy to recognize in traffic by their signature black-and-pale-gold color scheme. One can only guess how boring sticking to the same theme must feel after a while, though. Perhaps this is why the German tuner’s latest work is in light blue for a change.
The donor car – the latest BMW M3 Touring – ended up with an M4 CSL hood cover, new carbon-trimmed kidney grilles and side winglets around the bumper. The mirror casings are also not stock M3 fare, but you can find them on the BMW M Carbon list, so they aren’t a third-party accessory, either.
Powering the car is an engine bolstered to output 650 PS (641 hp / 478 kW) and up to 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. The standard output is far behind with 510 PS (503 hp / 375 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft), although it is also arguably more than enough.
For options, kit buyers can consider H&R coilovers and staggered Yido Performance wheels sized 20” front and 21” rear. Note the body-matching accents adorning two spokes of every wheel.
