According to AutoHome.cn, BYD’s biggest saloon in the current lineup measures whopping 5.3 meters (209 inches) long with a wheelbase of 3.1 meters (122 inches), and still manages to get four digits of range from its battery pack.
The Great Han is slated for launch in Q3 2026, so we expect it to premiere soon. In the meantime, here are some official exterior images. Based on these, the model looks closest to the company’s Great Tang crossover (see video). Both feature a two-tone finish and have similarly shaped bumpers with headlights. At the same time, the Great Han cuts a sportier figure with its well-defined wheel arches.
In all likelihood, the sedan will go on sale with hybrid and all-electric powertrains to choose from, says AutoHome. The EV will reportedly be available with one and two motors, and will be able to cover 1,008 kilometers (626 miles) on a charge. Do note that these specifications have yet to be confirmed.
