Exeed Exlantix ET presents specs

The electric motors of the upcoming Exeed Exlantix ET SUV will produce up to 561 PS (553 hp / 413 kW) depending on the spec, CarNewsChina reports quoting patent data. The same car is known in China as ‘Sterra ET’, while ‘Exlantix’ is its exports badge.

The underlying architecture is the same as the Exeed Exlantix ES sedan. The SUV is 4,955 mm long, 1,975 mm wide and 1,698 mm tall with three meters of wheelbase. As such, it is comparable with the existing Exeed VX in terms of size, but has 100 mm (4 inches) of added space between the axles. Wheels can be optioned in 19, 20 and 21 inches, and the suspension can be upgraded to adjustable/air-cushioned.

For the powertrain, customers in China get four options. The most basic one uses a 252-PS (249-hp / 185-kW) motor on the rear axle and tops out at 190 km/h (118 mph). The next version up the list unlocks 313 PS (309 hp / 230 kW) and 200 km/h (124 mph) top speed. The next one up gets a second motor and 480 PS (473 hp / 353 kW), allowing it to reach 210 km/h (130 mph). Finally, as mentioned above, the flagship spec produces the 561 metric hp.

The ranges have yet to be revealed, but the platform supports batteries rated up to 905 km (562 miles).
