Honda has facelifted its Fit model (a.k.a. the Jazz in Europe), endowing it with more power and adding a sportier-looking exterior package to the mix.
Only the JDM version has debuted so far. Honda claims the Fit has gained power in this latest revision, but doesn’t clarify whether this concerns the petrol or the part-electric version of the car. Specific numbers also remain to be revealed. In its current generation, the hybrid variant makes 109 PS (108 hp / 80 kW) and 253 Nm (187 lb-ft) of torque.
Buyers in Japan can now also consider going for the Fit RS, a special trim featuring a distinct radiator grille, aggressive bumpers, a rear spoiler and new wheels.
Things stay stock in the cabin, where the digital gauge cluster still measures 7 inches corner-to-corner and the infotainment display is only 9 inches large.
