A 15-year-old Lamborghini Reventon coming from a production batch of just 20 units is being traded in the USA right now with the top bid at $1.45 million and still some time left.
The Reventon runs on Murcielago chassis and sports a matte-grey exterior inspired by the F-117 stealth fighter series. It features an all-carbon body and was the predecessor to the Aventador, which inherited much of its resign.
Compared to the Murcielago LP640, the 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 has been boosted slightly from 640 to 650 PS (641 hp / 478 kW). The supercar needs 3.4 seconds for the sprint and hits 340 km/h (211 mph) in a straight line.
The production lasted only one year, and this example was the fifth to roll off the line. It was also the only Reventon imported new into Canada by a local collector. It cost no less than $1.1 million when new, and this example is almost pristine with only 735 km (456 miles) under its belt.
