E.C.D. Automotive Design unveils another Defender remake

It seems like car tuning shop E.C.D. Automotive Design has been toiling really hard lately. Hardly had the Land Rover Defender Project Evolution come out when another similar remake, titled Project Storm, got announced.

For those who haven’t been following the latest news, the previous Defender release by E.C.D. featured a custom body kit and bespoke interior finishing alongside a Basalt Black paintjob. The vehicle introduced today is glossy gray, but still wears the same body kit and has the same radiator grille, roof rack access ladder, bumpers and other accessories. The only difference comes in the form of a new set of elegant nine-spoke wheels.

The engine bay of the Project Storm holds a Chevrolet Corvette V8 engine with unspecified output.

The interior features black leather upholstery, but lacks any contrasty color accents this time around. On the other hand, there is much carbon used throughout, there is a new Momo racing wheel, and everything speaks of care and great attention to detail.
