SpeedKore unveils fully customized Ford F-150
Car tuner SpeedKore Performance Group has finished working on a completely individualized build of the popular U.S. pickup truck Ford F-150. The car received extra engine power, a body kit made of visual carbon and a slammed suspension.
The modded vehicle goes by the name “2018 Ford F-150 XLT 4 4×2 Regular Cab 5’5” Bed Ultra-Performance Pro-Touring Edition”.
The body kit includes a front spoiler, side mirror housings, exhaust tips and numerous smaller details (like door grips, lighting frames, etc.). All components have been designed and produced by Speedkore with no third-party involvement.
The engine received a Ford Performance / Roush supercharger unit, a cold air intake system and a Ford Performance exhaust. Thanks to the modifications, the output of the engine went up to 700 hp (522 kW).
To help the vehicle cope with the added power, the team replaced the standard brakes with Brembo eight-piston brakes in front and four-piston ones in the rear.
Using the MaxTrac lowering kit, SpeedKore dropped the suspension of the truck by around 150 millimeters (6”), eliminating what was left of its off-road capability. If it helps, the car now boasts a set of 22” HRE Performance TR105 forged wheels with stylish bronze finish.
The tuner built this particular Ford F-150 exclusively for Brantley Gilbert, a popular U.S. country singer. No price estimations were provided.
