Tuned Alfa Romeo 4C looks like the 33 Stradale

The resurrected Alfa Romeo 4C sport car series came out in 2014. In the five years that followed, the manufacturer has sold almost 1,700 units, many of which ended up in various tuner shops. Turkey-based tuner Ugur Sahin Design decided to go for something entirely special this time around, though, revealing early sketches of the 4C stylized to look like the legendary 33 Stradale dating back to 1967.

The retro mod goes by the name ‘Nivola’. It is the nickname of Tazio Nuvolari, a famous racing driver and part of the Alfa Romeo team who brought it victories in multiple Mille Miglia and Targa Florio races, as well as one victory in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

While the sports coupe may share the exterior appearance with the vintage vehicle, it will retain its modern chassis and on-board tech, the company claims.

Ugur Sahin Design is renowned for its ambitious retro-style custom builds. If the tuner gets enough orders from interested clients, it will launch the Alfa Romeo 4C Nivola into small-batch production.
