MCCHIP-DKR fixes poor performance of the Aston Martin Vantage

Performance tuner mcchip-dkr found an issue with the 2018 Aston Martin Vantage V8 only producing a meager 510 hp (380 kW) and 685 Nm (505 lb-ft) of torque. After some time studying the opportunities, the team came up with three upgrades for the model.

Naturally, it is the Stage 3 kit we are the most interested in. Once applied, it takes the sporty coupe past 700 hp (522 kW) and 800 Nm (595 lb-ft) of torque. This particular example showed 695 hp (518 kW), but compensated for it with 822 Nm (606 lb-ft) of torque. Included are new downpipes with sports-grade catalysts, a Capristo exhaust, redesigned turbochargers and an ECU tune.

If you don’t need as much power as this, ask mcchip-dkr for a simpler Stage 2 kit that still yields around 610 hp (455 kW) at the same maximum torque (800 Nm / 595 lb-ft). Just as long as you don’t mind the turbines and the muffler staying stock.

Finally, the Stage 1 package only includes a chip tune and raises the stock numbers by 80 hp (60 kW) and 75 Nm (55 lb-ft).

Interested Aston Martin Vantage V8 owners need to contact the tuner for the pricing details.
