2020 Skoda Octavia interior leaks in spy photos

The upcoming fourth generation of the Skoda Octavia has been spotted on a public road. The Octavia counts among Europe’s 10 most popular cars, and the update should improve its market standing even further.

Based on the leaked interior pics, the cabin gets quite a few premium touches in the 2020 version. The overall design is reminiscent of the Skoda Scala and the Vision X Concept. The brand-new steering wheel and the multimedia system with a modest-sized display are the two immediate highlights. This particular example has a stick shift, but customers will be able to opt for Skoda’s signature DSG transmission as well.

Now that the Skoda Scala is out, the carmaker says it will market the Octavia as a higher-end alternative. It remains to be seen whether this causes a substantial price bump.
