A woman in USA implants a Tesla key chip under her skin

Ami Daniela Dansby, better known as Amie DD, from Texas, has implanted a Tesla Model 3 chip into her arm so that she could unlock her EV without the key fob.

The American cosplayer and engineering genius had already implanted the key to her house into her arm in the same manner before. Originally, she had wanted to re-flash the chip she had already had under her skin to act as the master key for both the car and the entrance door of her house, but found it impossible. Therefore, she braced up for some more surgery. She dissolved the factory key fob in acetone, then put the naked chip into a biopolymer solution.

As radical as this attitude looks, there is no avoiding mentioning that there are multiple ways of getting into Tesla cars, including smartphone app, plastic card and the key fob. Amie DD needs none of those anymore, though, her key now constituting a part of herself.
