2020 Fiat Grand Siena facelift debuts with only cosmetic changes

The Fiat Grand Siena sedan/saloon has just received an update, but the majority of improvements are purely aesthetic.

The second-gen Grand Siena has been around since 2012 and has been in production alongside the first generation for four years. When Hyundai announced a new sedan/saloon called Cronos last year, we thought it might come as a replacement for the Grand Siena, but judging by the facelift, the model isn’t going anywhere yet.

The radiator grille now sports a black bezel instead of the old chromed one, the logo on the trunk lid is new, the wheels are also different, and there are more paints available to choose among.

The cabin stays identical to the pre-facelift version. Base equipment includes two airbags, an ABS, an air conditioner, and power steering. Options boil down to a rear parking assist and an audio system.

The engine range also stays the same. There is a 1.0-liter, four-cylinder gasoline/ethanol engine rated at 73…75 horsepower (54…56 kilowatts) and its larger 1.4-liter counterpart rated at 85…88 hp (63…66 kW). Both work in tandem with the same five-speed manual transmission.
