2020 Nissan Navara N-Trek Warrior storms Australian wilderness

Nissan has rolled its facelifted Navara N-Trek Warrior ute (=utility vehicle) out for a series of off-road tests. The car is depicted riding in mud, sand, loose gravel, water and other similar conditions.

According to the manufacturer, the 2020 facelift comes with a plethora of added features that make it a worthy competitor of such giants as the Ford Ranger Raptor and the Toyota HiLux Rugged X.

A 2.3-liter diesel engine good for 190 hp (142 kW) is powering the 2020 off-roader in tandem with an automatic transmission, but you can go manual if you wish. The 4WD is self-understood in all versions.

The new Nissan Navara N-Trek Warrior also sports quite a few purely visual enhancements. The chassis is reworked, and the new towing system supports trailer attachments weighing up to 3.5 metric tons (7,700 lbs). The front lower body is protected with a three-millimeter (1/8-inch) stainless steel sheet, and there is a full-fledged spare wheel at the back.

Nissan will be disclosing the rest of the specs during the car’s official show debut. Pre-orders will open simultaneously with the premiere, but final prices will not be announced until the first cars reach the showrooms.
