Mariani feeds the Mercedes-Maybach S600 a power pill

Mariani Car Styling used to produce stylish and powerful Mercedes and BMW mods back in the 1990s, but it has been a while since we have heard the last of it. Fortunately, the German tuner is still around and keeps pushing out gorgeous vehicles. For now, let us look closer at the Mercedes-Maybach S600.

The ultra-deluxe executive car comes priced starting from €182,000, boasts a whopping 3,370 millimeters (11+ feet) of wheelbase and packs a unique six-liter V12 TT engine under the hood, which churns out 530 hp (395 kW) along with 830 Nm (612 pound-feet) of torque.

Apparently, this wasn’t enough for the Mariani team, because it went ahead and devised an ECU tune to bring the numbers up to 624 hp (465 kW) and 950 Nm (700 lb-ft) of torque.

If this is still not good enough for you, consider treating your Mercedes-Maybach S600 to a handmade, cat-back exhaust system that should lift the power to 670 hp (500 kW).

Other available upgraders include 21-inch forged wheels and an electronic module for adjusting the suspension height. All of the above is also compatible with the technically identical Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W222).
