Tesla pickup reveal scheduled for November 21

Elon Musk just tweeted that his company would reveal its first pickup truck in Los-Angeles on Thursday, November 21, 2019.

Little is known about the car to date, but Tesla promises to sell it under $50,000, which is not much at all for a premium-spec pickup truck, let alone one running on pure electric power. Its dimensions are going to be ‘titanic’, surpassing those of the Ram and even those of the U.S. crowd favorite, the Ford F-150. Top trim versions will be able to run up to 640 or 800 kilometers (400 – 500 miles) prior to exhausting their batteries, and twin engines will ensure permanent AWD. Aside from this, the car will boast dynamic suspension adjustments, automatic parking assist, and all-around view cameras.

Musk has repeatedly stated earlier that the truck would have quite an unusual appearance. However, since no official images have been made available to date, all we have right now are Behance renders and sketches.
