H&R brings the BMW X3 M down a notch

There is much to love about the latest BMW X3 M (F34XM): the SUV is good-looking and outperforms all would-be rivals with 480 hp (358 kW) in its base form and 510 hp (380 kW) in the Competition guise. Lower ride height remains just about the only thing to wish for – and H&R delivers here.

Since recently, you can buy a lowering spring kit for €272 that brings the SUV down 30 mm (1.2”) on the front axle and 25 mm (1”) on the rear one. Aside from looking cool, the upgrade has practical value in terms of noticeably better cornering performance. All you need is to make sure the model year is 2019 and the factory adaptive shock absorbers are present.

H&R also suggests fitting your wheels with H&R Trak+ spacers for some extra span; prices start from €90 per axle.
