Metallica’s James Hetfield announces his own car show
Metallica co-founder and musician James Hetfield, also known for his passion for rare and unique cars, will be arranging an exhibition to showcase his collection in March through October.
The Petersen Automotive Museum is Los-Angeles, USA, will be hosting the exhibition from March 1 until mid-October 2020. A total of ten rarities will be on display, including a 1932 Ford Roadster, a 1936 Auburn, a 1937 Lincoln Zephyr, a 1948 Jaguar, and other such examples. All vintage vehicles have nicknames, such as ‘Iron Fist’, ‘Voodoo Priest’, ‘Skyscraper’, ‘Crimson Ghost’, ‘Black Pearl’ etc.
Hetfield will be putting up some of his personal possessions on display, too, and will be releasing a printed autobiography focused on his car collection on May 5, 2020.
