Ford GT Le Mansory goes up on sale for €1,800,000
A little over a month ago, Mansory released an ultra-opulent version of the latest Ford GT to celebrate 30 years in business. Called Le Mansory, the car did not have a publicly available price tag. However, one out of only three units built has recently gone up on sale priced at €1,800,000 including taxes.
The seven-digit figure seems astronomical even if you consider that the supercar gets an all-carbon aero kit and an engine upgrade. You could easily afford a brand-new McLaren Senna, Bugatti Veyron or Porsche 918 for that kind of money. Alternatively, you could purchase not one, but two Ford GTs (stock, barely used) and still have change to spare on customization.
So what does a car aficionado get when buying a Le Mansory? Let’s see: 50mm (2 inches) of added body width, heavily redesigned front and rear ends, side skirts that almost touch down, a fancy roof scoop, and 21-inch wheels shod in Continental Sport Contact 6 rubber.
The engine of the exclusive Le Mansory gets a boost from its usual 656 PS (483 kW) to 710 PS (522 kW). Sprint times weren’t measured, but the tuner says the top speed can be as high as 354 km/h (220 mph).
