Audi stretches its Q5 Sportback for China
The Euro-spec Audi Q5 Sportback is heading to China after gaining 89 extra millimeters (3.5 inches) of length and wheelbase. The car will celebrate its official premiere at the Guangzhou Auto Exhibition opening for the media on November 20, 2020.
You can tell the stretched liftback from its standard counterpart by the badges, the wider doorframes and the mildly altered bumpers, lights and radiator grille.
Inside, the 12.3-inch digital dash and the 10.1-inch touch-sensitive infotainment display still count as standard equipment.
The entry spec will hit the market in China with a turbocharged four-pot rated at 190 PS (187 hp / 140 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque. A higher spec will also go on sale, offering 252 PS (249 hp / 185 kW) and 370 Nm (273 lb-ft).
