Drag Race: Lambo Aventador vs. Porsche Taycan

Both the Porsche Taycan Turbo S and the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ are all-wheel-drive supercars, but this is where the similarities mostly end.

The Taycan is exceptionally fast to launch, but can it outpace yesterday’s champion of the Nürburging among production cars? Both are capable of hitting 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.8 seconds, and while the Taycan has 761 PS (750 hp / 560 kW), the Aventador is barely any stronger with 770 PS (759 hp / 566 kW). The Porsche has more torque, but it weighs much more as well.
