Vossen Wheels make all the difference on this Tesla Model Y

The Model Y is far from being a pinnacle of automotive design. It sure has its perks – like all Elon Musk’s creations do – but pales before most of the competition. Luckily for us, this issue is one that is easy to fix.

The solution comes from U.S.-based wheel vendor Vossen Wheels. Its Monoblock Forged collection has a set called Vossen M-X4T, which really helps set your car apart from the others. Installed on the show car here are 22-inch rims finished in a light bronze – nearly golden – hue. Five groups of three asymmetrical spokes each look refreshingly elegant and unlike most conventional designs, while low-profile tires emphasize the sporty elegance of the electric SUV.

A neat extra detail can be found on the hubcaps: the Vossen logo has been repainted blue instead of the usual red. This lets it mingle well with the brake calipers and the front bumper insert of the same color.

As one would expect, a wheel set such as this one would not come cheap. Prices begin from U.S. $1,800 per Monoblock wheel before options, and rise to $2,200 per wheel if you’d rather have a 3-Piece Forged model. On the other hand, beautiful things like this always come with a price tag attached.
