Listen to Toyota’s Le Mans hypercar in action

Toyota has shared a brief sound fragment revealing what its newest Le Mans Hypercar would sound like when it enters the 24 Hours of Le Mans later this year.
Regrettably enough, details are scarce about the power and tech it has at its disposal. It is official that the racer comes inspired by the GR Super Sport Concept, which came powered by a 2.4-liter twin-turbo V6 rated at 1,000 PS (986 hp / 735 kW). You can see more of it in the gallery here.
Having said that, the rules of the new LMH competition category clamp down on horsepower (max. 680 PS / 671 hp / 500 kW). They also state that every manufacturer has to produce 20 identical racecars for homologation. With the above in mind, it looks like Toyota could sell off the remaining copies after the race.
