Hispano Suiza launches an online configurator app for the Carmen

All nineteen buyers of the revived Hispano Suiza Carmen supercar will be able to take advantage of an app called Unique Tailormade and specify which features and design elements they want.

The exclusive car series will arrive next year in three versions dubbed Elegance, Heritage and Sport. Each of these comes with its own selection of exterior finishes, trimming materials and accessories. For instance, aside from a wide selection of 20-inch wheels, buyers will be able to pick their favorite designs for side mirrors, radiator grille and air intakes. The company claims that as many as 1,904 total trim combinations are possible.

The standard Carmen model comes in a run of 14 units and produces 1,019 PS (1,005 HP / 750 kW). It needs three seconds flat to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) and maxes out at 250 km/h (155 mph). The Boulogne version is limited to just 5 units and has 1,114 PS (1,100 HP / 820 kW) at its disposal. It concludes the sprint in 2.6 seconds and hits its speed ceiling at 290 km/h (180 mph). Both variants utilize the same 80-kWh traction battery.

The standard Carmen model costs €1.5 million, while the Boulogne variant starts from €1.65 million.
