Lamborghini Sian hits London streets, gathers crowds

Lamborghini’s resplendent Sian hypercar is considered among the most impressive automotive designs of today. Limited to 63 coupes worldwide and just 3 units for the UK, this example from London could be a one-in-a-lifetime sight for most of us.

The new Lambo heralds the coming of an era of hybridization for the Raging Bull. Rather than using a conventional traction battery, the Sian employs a supercapacitor that supplies enormous amounts of power to its electric powertrain. Coupled with a 6.5-liter Aventador SVJ V12, the system slams the asphalt with 819 PS (808 hp / 602 kW).

The video focuses on the soundtrack produced by the exotic ride, as well as its gorgeous and unique exterior.

The production run will also include 19 roadster models. The coupe runs the 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) sprint in 2.8 seconds, while the open-top version needs another tenth of a second. Both hit their speed ceiling at 350 km/h (217 mph).
