BMW 3 Series Hybrid spied testing
BMW is getting a refreshed 3 Series sedan ready to rumble, and the latest spy shots suggest that it could be close to launch.
The car no longer has its full camo on. The front and the rear ends remain wrapped, but it is still easy to see that the radiator grille stays the same size as before, and that the headlights sport a new style along with new patterns.
The test vehicle spotted was a PHEV, as evidenced by a sticker in the back. It is unlikely that the powertrain will change much, if at all, because BM has revised it multiple times already. In early 2021, the company introduced an affordable PHEV version rated at 204 PS (201 hp / 150 kW).
The cabin, on the other hand, will change drastically thanks to the addition of a giant curved display combining the dash screen and the iDrive 8 infotainment screen.
